FLOWER PAPARACHI: CITY STREET

One thing that I really appreciate with Melbourne’s city council management is that they spend a lot of time and money in maintaining stunning streets in the city. 

They change their potted flowers almost every month!  And you could tell the season by the flowers on the streets.   That’s just one of the reasons why we get taxed so dearly !!!  But at least we can see where our tax money goes
